We are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

HR & Administrative Assistant

This person will provide support to management and perform a variety of tasks related to employee and company record-keeping, as well as general administrative and secretarial support.

He/she will handle sensitive employee and company information, which requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Essential job duties:

Provides administrative and HR support to managers and employees
Creates and maintains personnel documentation and files, enters and updates information in employee database, maintains vacation, sick, paid leave records etc.
Processes employee hire and termination documentation, travel expense reports, petty cash control, etc.
Procures office supplies and coordinates ongoing office maintenance
Schedules meetings, coordinates office events and team buildings
Handles essential recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, contacting candidates and scheduling interviews
Serves as a liaison with accounting and payroll office, building management, vendors, etc.
Answers main office phone line and greets visitors
Sorts and distributes office mail, mails documents, etc.
Handles all confidential information and communications in professional manner


Excellent communication skills

Knowledge of Labor law and solid understanding of HR role
Strong computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Internet use)
Excellent time-management skills
Decision making skills and analytical approach to solving problems
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines, perform multiple tasks and work well under pressure
Previous experience in a similar position is a strong advantage
Excellent knowledge of English language
Bachelor’s degree desired
