Office Assistant


University degree is mandatory
Experience in daily financial and administrative operations/activities
Good organizational skills, accuracy in work
Strong structure orientation and discipline in work
Ability to work in an intercultural environment, with proficient communication abilities
Fluency in English, while German is considered a strong advantage
Advanced computer skills (MS office)

Job description:

Creating, processing and archiving business documentation
Organizing business trips for management
Calculation of travel expenses
Handling cash flow in local and foreign currency for business trips
Human resources activities (annual leave)
Complete administrative support to management
Regular reporting to local and regional management
