Duties and Responsibilities:

create reports and track property performance;
conduct competitive and demand analysis;
keep track of an event calendar;
develop innovative pricing models and algorithms;
develop, monitor and adjust sales and pricing strategies;
analyse and advise on the optimal business mix;
collaborate with sales and distribution teams in order to implement strategies for revenue optimization.


university degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Hospitality, Tourism Management or similar;
good analytical and numerical skills for fast data crunching;
data driven approach to decision making and problem solving combined with sense of business and commercial awareness;
high level of motivation, determination and commitment;
attention to detail and organizational skills are a must;
excellent communication skills;
proactivity, flexibility, autonomy and ability to work under pressure;
highly computer literate with a high level command of Excel/Google Spreadsheet;
fluent English;
Italian would be a plus (at least 40% of communication is in Italian);
good knowledge of Italian cities and main touristic locations would be a plus;
previous experience in revenue management, data analysis, hospitality industry would be of advantage.
