On behalf of our client, one of the world’s leading outsourcing providers of customer experience management, we are looking for positive, flexible and team-oriented individuals to fill in the following position:

-Promptly responding to customer requests via phone, email, chat, letter, or social media
-Managing and resolving customer complaints and reducing possible customer dissatisfaction
-Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues using all available resources
-Providing personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers
-Generating customer interest in the services or products offered by the company
-Ensuring feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services


-Excellent knowledge of  German and French language
-Very good interpersonal skills coupled with a positive attitude
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
-High level of flexibility and welcoming attitude towards change/improvements
-A persuasive, approachable and friendly telephone manner 
-Very good PC skill and good technical knowledge/ interest in technical field
