Responsibilities:

Assist callers with billing inquiries
Understand “client call flow”
Always strive to ensure First Call Resolution and complete Customer Satisfaction
Build trust and rapport with the customer through clear, respectful interaction
Determine business offerings that the customer does not currently have and make the appropriate offer to upgrade and add on to their service
Code the call accurately and completely for the installer
Knowledge of processes and policies

Required Skills:

Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude
Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure, ability to work to tight deadlines
Optimistic and extrovert personality
Loyal and team player
Previous work experience in the industry is a plus, but not essential
