We are looking for a Global Channel Development Manager (m/f), Danfoss Drives segment. The position can be located in any of our European subsidiary.

Your responsibilities

Indirect channel is a key part of our go-to market strategy. Within this position you will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing levers targeted towards our partners (value added resellers, wholesalers and system integrators).

Your tasks

Continuous development and enhancement of framework and levers designed for indirect sales
Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the partner programs
Overall responsibility for the global roadmap
Facilitate Indirect Channel focus
Facilitate best practice sharing within Danfoss and other industries with indirect sales focus
Specific Short Term Assignments
Together with regional/country partner managers work on:
Global implementation of Partner Excellence Program
Facilitation of the tool development (Partner access to CRM, Partner Portal Design, Automation of processes between partners and Danfoss)
Partner reward/ bonus scheme/ pricing
Account landscape optimization
Facilitate the definition of training programs partners
Partner Business Planning and Review process

Your profile

Bachelor/Master Level education in the field of Marketing, Business or a mix
Minimum 6 years experience in indirect sales
Proven results from developing and growing Indirect channels
Relevant experience and knowledge of drives industry or related industries
Strong project management skills and good knowledge of key IT tools (MS Office, BI, Salesforce)
Strong commercial insight with a customer and business understanding
Ability to operate in a global matrix organization with a culturally open mindset
Ability to focus on the important whilst maintaining a long term strategic view
Outstanding analytical skills as well as persistence drive and high energy
High motivation and competent in networking and communication
Fluent in English; any other languages such as Spanish or German a plus
Willingness to travel
